With an existing house on this one-acre property, it was the inspiration of O’Brien to respectfully add a new structure that had the look and feel of an established residence. Backing on to the Trans-Canada trail, this home blends an eclectic mix of Traditional styling with Arts & Crafts, and focuses on a deferential transition to outside living with a courtyard, porches and decks.
